Dog Houses in Construction 2

Dog Houses in Construction 2

Ed Marynowski, Construction Teacher

Students in the Construction program are hard a work on their next project, building Dog Houses.  Students are learning about how to design and calculate the slope of a roof to keep snow at bay.  They are implementing math concepts to 3D models to better understand area, and the size of each wall.  Then they are getting to put their calculations to the ultimate test by building the actual dog house.  Who knew there was so much math in such a fun project!
