S/P2 Certification

S/P2 Certification

Ed Marynowski, Construction Teacher

In todays Construction industry it’s becoming more than can you hammer a nail, pull wire, paint a wall, install a sink.  Instead construction is evolving to ask if you can work safely and know what is a safe work environment. Earning a SP2 certification in the construction industry provides just that, a certification that shows you have been educated and tested in the areas of OSHA, SDS, Frist Aid to name a few.  Within the Mitchell Construction 1 class we are proud to celebrate two students who have accomplished that task in receiving their certification that gives them a leg up to work in a construction environment.  Help us celebrate our students and their accomplishments!  If you have students in the Construction 1 class be sure to ask how they are progressing towards this very useful certification.
