MHS Parent Teacher Conferences

MHS+Parent+Teacher+Conferences

With the first quarter of the 2022 – 2023 school year complete, the Marauder staff invites our families to attend our annual parent-teacher conferences. Parent-teacher conferences provides an opportunity for parents/guardians to meet with teachers about student academic performance, growth, and current standing. Proactive, productive and collaborative conversations can take place that address academic or behavioral concerns while reinforcing student strengths.

Parent-teacher conferences will be held Wednesday, October 26 and Thursday, October 27. Please see below for the specific times on each of these days.

Parent-teacher conferences will take place in both the main and auxiliary gymnasiums, using a “walk-up” format. Upon arrival, parents/guardians will sign-in and select a 15-minute time slot with the teacher that they would like to conference with. Teachers will meet with parents/guardians based upon this sign-in process and soonest availability.

Spanish speakers will be present to assist with conversations as needed. Childcare and activities for children ages 10 and younger will be provided on site (Room #13) so that parents/guardians can fully engage in conversations about their Mitchell High School students.

Family and community engagement are critical to positive student outcomes and school improvement. Your participation and engagement in parent-teacher conferences is essential.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
